Just so you know, I have lived in the Charleston area since 1992, and worked helping home buyers get “a better deal” since 1994. I was an Exclusive Buyer’s Agent for a time, but because being exclusive prevented me from helping my buyer clients when they needed to sell, I opened my own real estate company in 1998. Since then I have been helping both Buyers and Sellers save a lot of time, effort, and money.
